| Jim brings to the project over 15 years experience in the area of video production and multimedia design. His insight and expertise have helped clients get the most out of their video presentation. His contribution has helped Matrix to become one of the top Video and Multimedia companies in Toronto. |

| With groups such as Ontario Power Generation, NWMO, Ontario Government and Ontario Safety Association for Community and Healthcare, Jim was instrumental in the development and implementation of major marketing campaigns. As testament of the premium quality, Matrix was awarded second place at the 2004 Hygeia Awards in recognition for outstanding marketing and promotional piece for Don of a New Day for the Ontario Safety Association for Community and Healthcare. Along with this we were also awarded first place by the Canadian Award for Training Excellence (CSTD) for the production of Confined Space Entry for IAPA. |

| Mark brings to Matrix over 10 years of experience in editing with a list of credits that include Hockey Night in Canada features for the CBC, Molson Indy highlights as well as all the Health and Safety related promotional videos. Along with these, Mark has edited features for a number of government associations including OPG, IAPA and CAMH. He is fully versed in the operation of the Avid editing system ensuring that a consistent high quality look is maintained throughout the video presentation. |

| Laszlo’s team of animators combined with our 3D animation and visual effects software ensures that virtually any concept can be executed effectively and efficiently. With this element in place we can effectively illustrate and communicate concepts that aren’t readily translatable through traditional video shooting.
